Lillywhites boss craves consistency

Bath City v Bromley

Manager Mark Goldberg is hoping to field a settled side in order to help Bromley climb the Blue Square South table.

Bromley take on Bath City at Twerton Park on Saturday and go into the game on the back of a 3-2 home defeat to St Albans City last weekend.

Goldberg said: "We need to get some consistency going in terms of the balance of the side. Throughout the whole of this season we've not been able to put out a consistent team.

"We have never had the same two up-front, or the same four in midfield and we've never had a settled back four. I give myself some of the blame but we've also had a lot of injury problems and have lost players because of cuts to the budget."

One Bromley player who will not feature against the Romans is left back Adam Everitt - the 23-year-old was released from his contract on Monday and has since joined St Albans.

Goldberg added: "Now my budget has been brought right down it is a bonus in one respect as I know what I have got to work with."

Warren McBean (ankle) and David Obaze (knee) are Bromley's only injury doubts.
