Maidstone: Emergency roadworks on the A249 close to the junction with Sportsfield

Drivers are being warned of delays due to emergency roadworks on a main route into Maidstone.

South East Water are carrying out main repairs on the A249 Sittingbourne Road, close to the junction with Sportsfield.

They are expected to cause some queues, and could be in place until Tuesday.
