Emergency services called to car crash

Two women have been taken to hospital following a collision.

It happened in Bell Road, Sittingbourne, at 3.25pm today (Tuesday).

Two vehicles were involved in the collision.

Both women were in a Toyota and Sittingbourne firefighters and police were at the scene.

A fire crew used hydraulic equipment to remove the doors and roof of the car to get them out.

The women, age 18 and 46, were taken to hospital with suspected neck and back injuries.

Their injuries are not thought to be life threatening.
